He has a deep appreciation for the unique characteristics of the Hamilton and Burlington areas, recognizing the diverse range of buildings and investment opportunities they present. This diversity fosters a rich learning environment, allowing him to continually expand his knowledge and expertise. John specializes in strategic asset management, focusing on long-term efficiency and maximizing the value of properties. He is skilled at repositioning buildings, implementing strategies to enhance their appeal and attract a wider pool of potential tenants. He works alongside Evan Apostol at Markland Property Management, providing him the insight into daily building operations that he passes along to his clients. As a native Hamiltonian, he is proud to share that both sets of his grandparents were also raised in Hamilton. In his downtime, John loves to spend time with his young kids who are growing up seemingly too quickly.
