Diane joined BBS in February 2011, bringing a decade of experience from a national commercial real estate brokerage and a skill set honed in a larger corporate setting. Her desire to work for a smaller, locally focused brokerage aligned perfectly with BBS's community-driven approach and agile decision-making. Growing up and attending school in the Hamilton and Burlington area, Diane has deep personal connections to the community and a strong understanding of the local market. She specializes in office administration, listing, and transaction management and is proud to be part of a "terrific, experienced, and responsive team of administrators." Diane's background in retail management and marketing, including years as a General Manager with Eddie Bauer and Chapters/Indigo, instilled in her a strong customer service focus that continues to shape her work at BBS. She believes her ability to form positive connections and understand diverse perspectives is her greatest asset. Outside of work, Diane enjoys the area's rich cultural scene and natural beauty, from hiking and skiing to attending the Hamilton Philharmonic and exploring the vibrant restaurant scene. She loves Hamilton's unpretentious community, dedication to nature, and small-town atmosphere.
