Adrian joined BBS to be part of a local Hamilton company offering high calibre service powered by expertise and connections to the various communities. He specializes in Downtown Urban Real Estate, Development Sites, Street Front Retail, and Apartment Buildings and has hands-on experience rehabilitating a number of properties in Downtown Hamilton, along King, James, Barton, and Hess Streets. Adrian grew up in Winona and attended McMaster University, where he lived in Westdale. After graduating, he bought his first place in the historic Pigott Building and has lived downtown ever since. In his free time, Adrian enjoys taking a meandering walk west through the Strathcona neighbourhood, ending in Hess Village and stopping at Selo Cafe for a morning treat. Afterward, he continues to the Farmer's Market to chat with vendors and buy fresh, local ingredients for a homemade lunch.
