Paul joined BBS to work at a local firm after spending 30 years working for a Toronto brokerage out of Burlington. He enjoys working in Hamilton's smaller market, and specializes in industrial properties in the lower city, as well as land for condo development in the core, and residential and industrial land. Between 2020 and 2023, he sold seven development sites within the core, which will accommodate the evolution and growth of downtown Hamilton. Paul has volunteered throughout the community, including coaching minor hockey and soccer, and has been involved with both the Chambers of Commerce (Co-Chair of the Brownfield committee) and the RAHB Commercial Division. He has firmly planted roots in the Hamilton community, with ancestors who settled in the area around 1910. As a facilitator of new connections, he values the close-knit nature of the community and appreciates that he can connect with almost every new client either directly or through referrals. In his free time, Paul enjoys visiting the downtown farmer's market, checking out the James Street Art Crawl and having dinner at the Hamilton Club.
