Rod's career in commercial real estate began with a national firm, where he honed his skills for several years. In April 1999, he transitioned to BBS, bringing with him the experience he had gained. His expertise in the field was officially recognized in 1995 when he received his license to trade in real estate under the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act. Rod chose to focus his real estate practice on Commercial Real Estate within the Burlington area. His impressive track record over the past 15 years includes involvement in over 1,100 transactions, encompassing a total of more than 6,500,000 square feet of space. This extensive experience is complemented by his in-depth knowledge of construction, HVAC, and building operations, acquired during his earlier career as a property manager. Rod's educational background includes an Honours degree in Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Guelph, which provided him with a solid foundation for his career in real estate. He currently holds the positions of Sales Representative and Vice President at the Blair Blanchard Stapleton Halton Ltd., Brokerage office in Burlington, where he continues to leverage his expertise and experience to assist clients in the commercial real estate market.
